Customer Support – Chinese

Support is delivered across several platforms, including live chats and organizational tools. A basic level of IT knowledge is mandatory as well as excellent written & communication skills (Chinese) and a wide knowledge of Poker game\market and MS Excel program.

A full-month training program and ongoing support will be provided, including systems and product modules to ensure the successful candidate’s success.

  • This role requires working shift hours during the day and evening any 5 days a week.
  • A competitive salary is offered and the position is immediate so the candidate must already live in Malta.

      We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual with:

      • Natural caring attitude toward clients
      • Real Interest and experience in Poker
      • Proven experience in Customer Service and\or casino companies
      • Positive attitude toward challenges and good teamwork
      • Able to perform during evening hours
      • English and Chinese language ability
